There are times that I start to buy the belief that something is wrong with me.
Have you ever gone through that?
When we don’t feel 100% motivated and inspired, we then think something is wrong or broken.
Let me tell you right now:
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU
You will face opposition in all things, but that doesn’t mean that anything is wrong with you.
YOU ARE JUST FINE THE WAY YOU ARE.
The problem is what you THINK about the problem. You don’t need to be fixed.
Imagine what would happen if you stopped that way of thinking and just said, “Cool. This is how I am right now. Nothing is wrong with me.”
Take responsibility for what’s going on in your life. Reading Byron Katie’s Loving What Is will help you know the difference between what is true and what we make up in order to remain feeling inadequate.
* Why do I think something is wrong with me? This is life.
* What did I do to result in this consequence? That doesn’t mean something’s wrong with me, it means there’s something that’s causing me to feel this way.
* Is this feeling of inadequacy true? Is it really true?
You are powerful. There’s nothing wrong with you and you don’t need to be fixed.
