How to Whitelist Our Emails

Sometimes, our emails may accidentally land in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. To make sure you always receive updates, guides, and important notifications from us, you’ll want to whitelist our email address.

Whitelisting simply means telling your email provider that you trust us—so our messages always arrive in your inbox.

Here’s how you can do it in a few popular email providers:

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and check your Spam or Promotions folder.
  2. If you see our email there, open it and click “Report not spam” at the top.
  3. To make it permanent:
    • Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the email.
    • Select “Filter messages like this.”
    • Choose “Never send it to Spam” and save.

Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and go to your Junk Email folder.

  2. Right-click on our email and choose “Mark as not junk.”

  3. To make sure it always lands in your inbox:

     

    • Go to Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Junk email.

    • Under Safe senders and domains, add our email address.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and head to your Spam folder.

  2. If you see our email, select it and click “Not Spam.”

  3. You can also add our email to your contacts to ensure it always reaches you.

Apple Mail (iCloud)

  1. Open Mail and go to your Junk folder.

  2. If our email is there, select it and click “Move to Inbox.”

  3. To make sure it always gets through, add our email address to your Contacts.
