I have been immersing myself in books written by former Navy Seals and the ultimate sacrifice that some have made in order to bring about freedom for others.

There’s a problem for Christian men (I can’t speak for the women out there) that we are not to go to war in order to avoid conflict.

There’s learning, living, loving and growing in life, regardless of where it’s come from.

We’ve got to be willing to go to war for when conflict occurs against us that is not in congruence with integrity.

It takes COURAGE to go to war.

What happens when we become more worried about rocking the boat and causing conflict when something doesn’t feel right and we end up getting taken advantage of?

We get taken advantage of. We’ve got to be willing to challenge when we are willing to question and push our capacity.

What if all that we did is question and challenge?

Are you willing to go to war for what you believe?

It requires a straight-up call out when those that you work with or are associated with do not act out of integrity. Be willing to ask and question why they did something in order to get to the bottom line.

Let’s call it what it is.

Are you still getting walked on or are you willing to have the straight-up brutal conversations? Are you willing to go to war to fight for what you want?

Ask yourself:

* Am I willing to go to war for what I believe?

* Do I have the courage to challenge something in life that doesn’t feel correct?

* Where in my life do I need to have an honest conversation and call someone out, including myself?

Powerful people aren’t concerned with pleasing people; they’re concerned with results.
