I recently watched a video about how social media is killing happiness. People are more willing to build relationships with people in the virtual world instead of face to face.

What’s causing you to get addicted and sucked into the void of virtuality?

All around us are people addicted to their smartphones and tablets. So many are looking down instead of into each other’s eyes.

Prosperity is NOT being addicted to your phones and binge-watching Netflix.

There’s a time and a place to work out, watch a television show, deep clean your home, go for a hike, but we need to acknowledge that we need to not

When we live according to fallacy, we lose. We have no chance of winning.

Once something becomes a sedation tool, it becomes an addiction and takes us away from that which is most important in life.

There’s nothing wrong with technology, it’s a beautiful tool, but if you allow black out times that are technology free, you’ll be able to stay clear about that which is most important, which are the relationships in our lives.

Get clear and create that plan by getting off the stands in life and no longer being a spectator but a player in life.

Ask yourself:

* Where am I at in regards to addictions with technology?

* What is one thing I can do today to not be glued to technology?

* When can I create a black out time from technology and especially my phone?

Be present and look around you right now. How many people are glued to their phones?
