As I was making breakfast crepes for my boys this morning, I came to this conclusion about pleasure for a moment.

Is it really worth it?

Sure, the sugary goodness of eating these crepes that smelled so good would taste great for a little bit, but what then?

Would I be satisfied with just a small bite?

Am I clear about the consequences that come from losing self-discipline, even over something as small as eating crepes for breakfast when I’ve been trying to live a healthier lifestyle?

As we’ve discussed before, CLARITY POWER, so then I get clear about what it is that I want.

When I don’t have clarity, I do whatever I want without thinking about any repercussions and make choices that cause me to settle rather than prosper in life.

When we are uncertain, we do the things that go against previous commitments that have been made.

But when we KNOW what we want, we know what we’re COMMITTED to.

Then we ask the question, is it really worth it?

If I want to have a body that exudes power and health and lead through example to my family and clients, I have to have discipline.

Discipline falls under commitment, so when you get tempted to break free from what you really require of yourself, it makes the answer simple.

We don’t overcomplicate the process because we know what we want.

It’s not about something being good or bad, but knowing whether or not something is WORTH it. Is it worth going against what you believe to be true in regards to relationships because you’re not clear on what kind of person you want to be?

Prosperity is a choice….and so is mediocrity.

You’re going to have to choose, so that when you get tempted, you can CHOOSE from a place of clarity on where you stand and what you are committed to doing.

I invite you to take on a Challenge of getting clear about what you want.

Are your current daily behaviors bringing you what you want?

Ask yourself:

* Is it worth it?

* Are my current daily behaviors bringing me what I want?

* What am I committed to doing differently ?

If you want something different, CHOOSE OUT OF IT.
