There is a cost to having leaps of growth and expansion. That cost is depletion.
The cost of depletion is fatigue.
There are spiritual peaks or financial peaks in your life, but there is a depletion that takes place as a result of giving time, energy, and money.
If you don’t take the time and energy to have space to decompress, there will be a greater cost in the long term.
When you come off these peaks you NEED to take time to decompress.
There is a time and a place to get up and grind, but all things must be done in wisdom and order.
Depression and discouragement can come from a state of fatigue.
The enemy, opposition, and resistance will come in behind you and try to take you down. When you are in this fatigued and depressed state it gets you to believe that you are not worthy.
When you are going through fatigue states be ready for all the feelings that look like depression and discouragement.
When things get hard do not beat yourself up.
Ask yourself:
*How can you decompress?
If you’re fatigued and depressed you’ll believe you’re not worthy. Decompress to let your body catch up and reset your heart and mind.
