Maybe if you’re an employee you need to consider what your boss thinks, but there is a line.
What matters most is what YOU think about yourself.
The more powerful we are in how we create ourselves, the more powerful we show up to other people.
Who are you? Who do you believe you are?
Whoever you believe you are is how you’ll show up.
Don’t let what other people think drive you or destroy you.
What other people think about you is irrelevant.
Ask yourself:
*How can you show up and help more people?
How much do you care about what other people think? Do you let it run your life? If you do, you will not show up powerfully.
